SHIPPING:

WHAT do you ship?
All products available for purchase online are available for shipping. Some items, such as furniture, are too large or too heavy, and must be shipped via freight carrier. If you live near one of our retail stores, you may choose to pick up your items in store, thereby saving the cost of shipping. When this option is checked, you will receive a follow-up email when your order is finished processing and is available for pickup. If you live within certain Texas ZIP codes, you have the option of Local Delivery, for a fee of either $59 or $79, depending on ZIP code. Local Delivery is provided by Casual Living, and will be scheduled within our working hours. Please call 972-446-4036 for more information.

WHEN do you ship?
Your item will ship on the next business day, provided the item is in stock. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified.

WHERE do you ship to?
Casual Living ships within the continental United States.


HOW do you ship?
Casual Living uses FedEx or FedEx Freight as its shipping provider unless you choose Local Delivery.


RATES to ship?
Shipping rates are actual rates provided by FedEx. Some items have a handling fee to cover packaging. Casual Living does not use shipping and handling as a profit center.


How to track an order that's been shipped?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


Instore pick up option?
Instore pick up is available to customers located in Texas. Click the In Store Pickup option in the shipping section of the shopping cart. You will be notified once your order has processed with instructions on when and where to pick up your merchandise.


RETURNS:

WHAT can be returned?
Most items are returnable within 30 day of receipt. Return shipping is NOT covered by Casual Living. Consumable items such as candles, Firepot gel, fireplace embers, etc., are only returnable if they are unused and in their original packaging. Once returned, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the item plus sales tax, when applicable. Shipping is not refundable.

HOW do customers return items?
Call 972-446-4036 Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm, or email websales@casuallivingltd.com . Please include your order number and the item number that you wish to return, as well as a daytime phone number. Once we have issued an RMA number, items can be shipped to 2425 Camp Ave. #150, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Return shipping is at the customers expense.


CREDIT for returns?
Items paid for with a credit card will be credited back to the card number used for purchase. Items that were paid for by check will have a check issued and mailed to the billing address on file.


Instore return option?
Items may be returned to any of our store locations. Please see the "Locations" tab on our website for locations and hours of operation. In store returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt.
